We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in supporting various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, compliance, and HR administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment and hiring process, including posting jobs, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data
- Provide support for employee relations and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
- Assist in administering benefits, leave, and performance management systems
- Participate in HR projects such as policy development, engagement initiatives, and training programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in an HR role
- Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with HRIS platforms
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Preferred Qualifications
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification
